ACCESS for ELLs test administrators in the state of Vermont must hold a Vermont teaching license with the English as a Second Language (ESL) Endorsement (a provisional license for ESL is also acceptable).
If you were previously enrolled as a "Facilitator" for the D2L course, you will need to be registered as "Student" in order to take the 2007 quizzes. Contact Jim McCobb at James.McCobb@state.vt.us or 802-828-0185 for a D2L "student" username and password.

ACCESS for ELLsŪ Training CD
The VT DOE has an ACCESS for ELLsŪ training CD, which contains exactly the same contents as the online D2L course. The main difference is that test administrators cannot take the quizzes via the CD, nor can trainees participate in the "sounding board", a key feature of the online course. The CD, however, can be used in group trainings or for individuals. This is an especially attractive option in areas where Internet connections are not always strong and access to technology is limited. This CD will be mailed to districts upon request.  Please contact:
